"Universal Harmony" is an ideal state founded on "publicness," embodied in "benevolence," and actualized through "trust" and "harmony." It values both individual rights (men have their proper roles, women have their proper homes) and collective welfare (the old, young, and vulnerable all receive care). It encourages contribution and labor (one should not withhold effort) while opposing greed and hoarding (goods need not be kept for oneself alone). Even today, this vision remains profoundly inspiring—it represents humanity's shared aspiration for fairness, justice, and peace.
